What is the name of this movie?

At the beginning of the movie some scientists go in to a town that is deemed unfit for human habitation or something like that. Then they get attacked and kidnapped by some crazy goth biker people. Then later on in the movie the chick who is the leader of this cannibal cult cooks one of the scientists over a fire in front of everyone. Then the crazy cult people eat the guy. The father of the cult leader girl is a priest I think. *its been forever since I've seen the movie.
