Has Obama's weak resolve in Libya lead to a protracted losing conflict for the US Military and NATO?

Probably not since J.Boehner and D. Kucinich haven't won one on it yet ! Which do you want..loss in Libya, loss in NATO or loss for our military helping the Europeans and NATO !
