How do other single parent Mommies do it?!?

I am an active duty sailor and my husband is stationed across the country. I live in CA and he's in GA. We have an 8 mth old who is definitely the Love of Our Life. We Skype every night to keep in touch and so Daddy can see his baby. But my dilemma is it seems that I cannot keep my apartment in order. It's just a mess. I usually concentrate on making sure my son is taken care of. So many things don't get done and I never have the motivation to get much done after my son goes to bed every night. I am exhausted by then and ready for bed myself. I'm hoping for some advice on how other mommies do it. I have to wake up at 4:30 every morning to get my son to day care by 6 and then be to work by 6:45. I work until 1600 and we usually don't get home then until after 5. And my son goes to bed at 8. I just feel like there's not enough time in the day. :-/
