Does his flirting mean anything?
My guy friend and I have a very touchy-feely, very fun, flirtatious relationship. He's a very open, honest and understanding person and I love how sensitive, attentive and kind he is. We talk a lot about real issues and he's opened up quite a bit to me about his dreams and goals. We have a good friendship and I've fallen for him. In truth, I don't know how he feels. He's sometimes contradictory: we talk intimately, flirt insanely, co-workers think something's going on between us, but he hasn't made any moves and now he's determined to set me up with a friend (he just recently started dating someone). Much of our friendship seem to point to some type of attraction, but then other aspects just leave me thinking it's friends only. Do men differentiate in their flirting if they want a relationship or are just having fun? Why confide in me and flirt with me like a girlfriend and then set me up? How can I tell whether I'm "date-able" to him or just a friend? Any suggestions?
